Pedro Levi Bismarck
Pedro Levi Bismarck (Porto, 1983). Architect, graduated in the Faculty of Architecture of University of Porto (2008), is currently developing his PhD thesis in the FAUP Doctoral Program with a grant supported by the FCT (Foundation for Science and Technology). He lived and worked in Berlin where attended, under the Erasmus Program, the Technische Universität. In 2009, was tutor of Projecto II (Desing Unit II) in FAUP. He is editor of Punkto Magazine: an un-disciplined magazine about limits: of practice, of theory, of politics and architecture (www.revistapunkto.com). He writes regularly to magazines and sites of art and architecture (Bypass Magazine, Dédalo, Punkto, Jornal dos Arquitectos, Artecapital, Opúsculo Dafne). His research inhabits a thematic field placed between architecture, space, politics and vocation, with the aim of (re)thinking a certain political and artistic vocation (original and contemporary) of the architectural practice.
