  2. Program:Møntvask

A photo- and text mosaic made by the group StadtFlur. The piece illustrates the drop-in washeries of Cobenhagen, through texts of the industries' golden age and downfall and pictures of interior design and the trivial. A booklet (PDF) was part of the project, distributed in a limited edition, to about thirty of the washeries of Cobehagen.

  3. M.M. et brevprojekt

M.M. is a poetic project on a poem from Moestrups collection Golden Delicious. Moestrup sent the poem to 300 persons with the initials M.M. in and around Copenhagen. She retrieved 57 of them, each writing the original M.M (Selvportræt) poem in their own handwriting. They are now published on Afsnit P and manually in the +Laboratorium.

  4. Dans la gueule du loup

This responsive (or “reactive” work as described in Megan Sapnar’s essay “Reactive Media Meets E-Poetry”) is a great example of a work that reacts to user input, though I’m not sure there’s enough of a language base to connect it to poetic tradition. Translated as “In the lion’s mouth” (though I feel “In the wolf’s mouth” is more accurate) this feels more like a visual art piece than a poem and I suspect Clauss would agree, since he describes his works in Flying Puppet as “tableaux interactifs” (interactive tableau). Regardless of classification, this is an engagingly atmospheric piece that invites interaction with a surreal payoff. Move the pointer and play with this work to discover what lies above and beneath the image and interface, considering all the layers involved. And don’t forget that you are one of those layers… (Source: Leonardo Flores, I ♥ E-Poetry)

  6. Exoskeleton

"A six-legged, pneumatically powered walking machine has been constructed for the body. The locomotor, with either ripple or tripod gait, moves fowards, backwards, sideways and turns on the spot. It can also squat and lift by splaying or contracting its legs.

The body is positioned on a turn-table, enabling it to rotate about its axis. It has an exoskeleton on its upper body and arms. The left arm is an extended arm with pneumatic manipulator having 11 degrees-of- freedom. It is human-like in form but with additional functions. The fingers open and close , becoming multiple grippers. There is individual flexion of the fingers, with thumb and wrist rotation. The body actuates the walking machine by moving its arms. Different gestures make different motions- a translation of limb to leg motions. The body's arms guide the choreography of the locomotor's movements and thus compose the cacophony of pneumatic and mechanical and sensor modulated sounds."
