Poesie Elettroniche
What happens when poetry meets computer programming code? This is what happens in Fabrizio Venerandi's e-book Poesie elettroniche. Six different ways of interpreting electronic poetry in an original e-book where the verses change over time, react to the touch of the reader, change under his eyes, generate in turn other verses, move on the page approaching and separating. For this e-book Fabrizio Venerandi has decided to use the latest format for the creation of enriched ebooks, ePub3.
He wrote the verses and at the same time programmed the code to animate them and make them unstable: "All four sections of the text - explains the author in his introduction - contain things that I would not have wanted to reread. That I would not have wanted to stop in a form. These are poems that do not want to be finished, but who believe that the thing of which they speak is still a changing thing".
For this reason the reader will find himself in front of deleted, mutant, moving lines. From time to time he will have to discover, touch, return to poems that continue to generate new verses, to remove old ones. A text that fits into the tradition of electronic poetry, transporting it within a common editorial product such as the ebook.
The programming codes of the ebook are not protected: on the contrary, the author invites readers to open the ebook and write new poems by deleting their own. It can be read with any device and program capable of supporting EPUB3.
Cosa succede quando la poesia incontra il codice di programmazione per computer? È quello che succede nell'ebook di Fabrizio Venerandi "Poesie elettroniche". Sei diversi modi di interpretare l'electronic poetry in un originale ebook dove i versi cambiano nel tempo, reagiscono al tocco del lettore, si modificano sotto i suoi occhi, generano a loro volta altri versi, si muovono nella pagina avvicinandosi e separandosi. Per questo ebook in versi Fabrizio Venerandi ha deciso di utilizzare l'ultimo formato per la creazione di ebook arricchiti, l'ePub3. Ha scritto i versi e contemporaneamente ha programmato il codice per animarli e renderli instabili. "Tutte le quattro sezioni del testo - spiega l'autore nella sua introduzione - contengono cose che non avrei voluto rileggere. Che non avrei voluto fermare in una forma. Queste sono poesie che non vogliono essere finite, ma che credono che la cosa di cui parlano sia ancora una cosa in mutazione". Per questo il lettore si troverà di fronte a versi cancellati, mutanti, in movimento. Dovrà di volta in volta scoprire, toccare, ritornare su poesie che continuano a generare nuovi versi, a rimuoverne di vecchi. Un testo che si inserisce nella tradizione dell'electronic poetry, trasportandola all'interno di un prodotto editoriale comune come l'ebook. La prefazione è di Gino Roncaglia, che prende spunto dal testo del Venerandi per una ricognizione della poesia elettronica dalle sue radici più remote fino ai suoi ultimi svolgimenti: dai technopaegnia di Simmia di Rodi arrivando alle poesie combinatorie di Nanni Balestrini. L'ebook è una co-edizione di Quintadicopertina con Nazione Indiana, blog di discussione e riflessione letteraria, culturale, sociale. I codici di programmazione dell'ebook non sono protetti: anzi l'autore invita i lettori ad aprire l'ebook e di scrivere nuove poesie cancellando le proprie. Può essere letto con qualunque device e programma capace di supportare EPUB3.
