    Literature and Linguistics (L&L) is an academic journal aiming at publishing original articles of literature and linguistic areas coming from research authors’ doctorate projects with internal or external funding (FONDECYT and others). Scholarly contributions, namely reviews and articles are also accepted.

    Literature articles must be linked to cultural issues affecting American, Caribbean, and Brazilian arts and humanities. The purposes of these papers should promote new knowledge and update proposals on the various themes influencing literary studies. Similarly, L and L publishes articles that connect to other areas, such as, aesthetics, film, performance, gender studies, newspapers, among others.

    The academic journal board is committed to distributing and outstanding articles promoting new knowledge and attracting scholarly attention by investigating and challenging assumptions and conclusions which are relevant within various linguistic disciplines.
