Katharine Norman

Katharine Norman is at times a composer, writer, teacher and sound artist – in no particular order. She has a particular interest in acoustic ecology, listening, sound and place, and her work traverses several creative disciplines, with an emphasis on sound and text.After moving between academia and publishing posts for some years she currently works in digital publishing for the Public Library of Science, an Open Access Science journal publisher.
