Graduated from the Rue D’Ulm Université (Paris), in 1991 received a doctorate degree (Aesthetics and Semiology) at the Université de Paris IV. He is the author of a number of poetry books and collections, including the following: Où il ne faut pas (Paris: Confidentielles Ed., 1976), Immalamour (in collab. with J.-Y.     Bruce Andrews (April 1, 1948) is a U.S. poet who is one of the key figures associated with the Language poets (or L=A=N=G=U=A=G=E poets, after the magazine that bears that name). Andrews was born in Chicago and studied international relations at Johns Hopkins University and political science at Harvard. His first book, Edge, was published in 1973.

    Possui Graduação em História pela Universidade de São Paulo (Bacharelado 1973.Licenciatura 1974), Mestrado em Comunicação e Semiótica (Literaturas) pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1992) e Doutorado em Comunicação e Semiótica (Artes) IDEM (1996). É Livre-Docente em Teoria e Crítica da Arte pelo Instituto de Artes da UNESP (2007). Atualmente é Professor Adjunto no Departamento de Artes Plásticas do Instituto de Artes da Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho", campus de São Paulo, em RDIDP. Foi membro titular dos Conselhos do DAP, de BAP, EA, BLAV, e da Pós-Graduação em Artes, por várias gestões, tendo ocupado, interinamente, o cargo de Coordenador da Pós. Foi, por duas gestões, chefe do DAP e vice-chefe por uma gestão. Foi coordenador do Curso de Artes Visuais - Licenciatura e Bacharelado da mesma instituição, de ago de 2008 a ago de 2010. Atualmente é membro titular dos Conselhos do DAP e do BLAV. É poeta, artista gráfico, editor, historiador e crítico de linguagens, ocupando-se, também, com a elaboração de uma prosa ficcional artística de caráter experimental.

    James Paul Gee is an American researcher who has worked in psycholinguistics, discourse analysis, sociolinguistics, bilingual education, and literacy.

    Gee is currently the Mary Lou Fulton Presidential Professor of Literacy Studies at Arizona State University,[1] originally appointed there in the Mary Lou Fulton Institute and Graduate School of Education. Gee is a faculty affiliate of the Games, Learning, and Society group at the University of Wisconsin–Madison[2] and is a member of the National Academy of Education.
