    Zuzana Husárová is a scholar teaching at Comenius University and Masaryk University. From January until June 2011, she was a Fulbright scholar at MIT, Cambridge. Within a Slovak grant on electronic literature research, she co-edited with Bogumiła Suwara a publication V sieti strednej Európy: (In Central European Network:). She is the author of experimental literature across various media and with Ľubomír Panák has created several interactive literary pieces. She is working with Amalia Roxana Filip of a transmedia project liminal (visual poetry book and multimedia). Her theoretical and creative works have appeared in several European and American journals in print and online and were presented at several venues.

  2. Ian Hatcher

    Ian Hatcher is a writer, sound artist, and programmer whose work explores cognition in the context of digital systems. He is the author of a poetry collection, Prosthesis (Poor Claudia 2016); a forthcoming vinyl/mp3 record, Drone Pilot (cOsmOsmOse 2017); two chapbooks, Private (Inpatient 2016) and The All-New (Anomalous 2015); and numerous screen poems, including the iOS app Abra with Amaranth Borsuk and Kate Durbin. His code-inflected vocal performances have been widely presented in North America and Europe.

  3. Nia Davies

    Nia Davies is Communications Manager at Literature Across Frontiers, a European platform for intercultural dialogue through literature and translation. She also works with Wales Literature Exchange. Both these projects are based at the Mercator Centre for research into minority language media at Aberystwyth University. Nia is particularly interested in how literature can connect and cross cultures. She is also writes poetry and fiction. She lives in London.

  5. Jonathan Baillehache

    Jonathan Baillehache is assistant professor of French at the University of Georgia. He completed his PhD in Comparative and French literature at Université Paris 8 and Rutgers University, with a dissertation on the translation and digitization of Russian poetry. He has translated from Russian the poets Victor Sosnora, Alexander Skidan, Vladimir Majakovskij and Ilja Zdanevich for various journals.

    Álvaro Seiça is a Portuguese writer and researcher based in Bergen, Norway. He is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at UiB, UCLA and UC, where he investigates the poetics and politics of erasure within the EU-funded project “The Art of Deleting.” Seiça holds a PhD in Digital Culture from the University of Bergen, with the thesis “setInterval(): Time-Based Readings of Kinetic Poetry” (2017). His publications include the poetry books Supressão (2019), upoesia (2019), Previsão para 365 poemas (2018), Ensinando o espaço (2017), Ö (2014), and Permafrost (2012), and the scholarly book Transdução (2017).

  8. Trevor Byrne

    In sixth grade, Trevor Byrne made what may still be his proudest work: a short claymation entitled A TRAGIC DAY IN THE PARK. Since then, he’s spent most of his time thinking–current topics of thought include, but are not limited to, nature, narrative, gender, technology, communication, alienation and how to be immersed without drowning. A bicoastal-American, Trevor was born in Santa Rosa, California, raised in Northampton, Massachusetts and, until recently, lived in Los Angeles where he worked at a film production company, a contemporary art museum and a convenience store for time travelers. He currently lives in Philadelphia, around the corner from the world’s first pizza museum.

  9. Matti Kangaskoski

    Matti Kangaskoski is a doctoral student in comparative literature from the University of Helsinki in Finland and the Justus-Liebig University in Giessen, Germany writing on "Language-games and Literature - Towards a Poetics of Interpretation." It consists of mapping reading habits and interpretive possibilities through case studies. He is also a (print) poet who is writing his second book (a novel).

  10. Pedro Levi Bismarck

    Pedro Levi Bismarck (Porto, 1983). Architect, graduated in the Faculty of Architecture of University of Porto (2008), is currently developing his PhD thesis in the FAUP Doctoral Program with a grant supported by the FCT (Foundation for Science and Technology). He lived and worked in Berlin where attended, under the Erasmus Program, the Technische Universität. In 2009, was tutor of Projecto II (Desing Unit II) in FAUP. He is editor of Punkto Magazine: an un-disciplined magazine about limits: of practice, of theory, of politics and architecture (www.revistapunkto.com). He writes regularly to magazines and sites of art and architecture (Bypass Magazine, Dédalo, Punkto, Jornal dos Arquitectos, Artecapital, Opúsculo Dafne). His research inhabits a thematic field placed between architecture, space, politics and vocation, with the aim of (re)thinking a certain political and artistic vocation (original and contemporary) of the architectural practice.
