Diana Maria Gallicchio Domingues, Pesquisador Visitante Nacional Sênior - CAPES UnB-FGA GAMA- Pesquisadora CNPq, PQ 1B, Professora colaboradora do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Biomédica e do Programa de Pós-graduação em Arte-PPG-Arte UnB. Fundadora e Diretora do LART - Laboratório de Pesquisa em Arte e TecnoCiência. Pós-doutora pelo ATI - Art & Technologies de l´Image, Université Paris VIII e Doutora em Comunicação e Semiótica pela PUC/SP. Membro representativo no Brasil do LEF, Leonardo Education Forum, MIT, Consultora da SCIELO, Paper Reviewer of the Ontario Ministry of Research and Innovation, Ontario, membro de comitês científicos e editoriais internacionais como: ISEA, Refresh! Re-place, Digital Creativity, DigiArts UNESCO, Conselho Consultivo ABCiber. Artista pioneira e teórica sobre tecnologias criativas e o fator humano, suas pesquisas atuais tratam da expansão sensorial e perceptiva em sistemas de biofeedback vestíveis e afetivos, e sistemas biocíbridos para ambientes imersivos em realidade virtual, realidade aumentada e misturada, tecnologias da mobilidade e plataformas sociais em software arte. Projetos em colaboração internacional MIT- Camera Culture/ CNPq, e com o OCAD, Toronto. Resultados publicados em comunidade de alto impacto como IEEE, ISEA, Leonardo, SPIE, Re Wire. Publicou e organizou livros de referência como: EDUNESP : Arte, Ciência e Tecnologia: Passado, Presente e Desafios, 2009; Arte e vida no Século XXI: Tecnologia, Ciência e Criatividade, 2003; A Arte no Século XXI: a Humanização das Tecnologias, 1997. Criação e Interatividade na Ciberarte, Experimento, 2002 e cerca de 100 capítulos em livros e artigos em journals de Editoras Harmattan, Presses UQAM, Laval, e de editoras do México, Espanha, Italia, França, UK, Itália, China, Japão, Estados Unidos, entre elas Leonardo, Digital Creativity . Artista com mais de 50 exposições individuais e mais de 130 coletivas em Bienais de São Paulo, Bienal de la Habana, Bienal do Mercosul. HKW, Berlin, MN Belas Artes RJ, MAM e MAC SP, em em Galerias e Museus da França, Itália, Suécia, USA, Grécia, China, México, Peru, Argentina, Colômbia. Curadora de eventos internacionais como: Ciberarte Zonas de Interação II Bienal do Mercosul, interagiu com mais de 300 cientistas e artistas. Prêmios: The 2000 UNESCO PRIZE -7h Biennial la Habana; The First LEONARDO Global Crossing Prize, 2004 Rockefeller Foundation. Personalidade do século XX, Caxias do Sul, Premio Sergio Motta 2011. Diana Maria Gallicchio Domingues is a Senior National Visiting Researcher – CAPES UnB-FGA GAMA – CNPq, PQ 1B, a contributing professor at the Post-Graduate Program in Biomedical Engineering and at the Post-Graduate Program in Art – PPG – Art UnB. Founder and Director of LART – Art and TechnoScience Research Laboratory. She holds a post-doctorate degree by ATI – Art & Technologies d l’Image, Université Paris VIII and a PhD in Communications and Semiotics by PUC São Paulo. She is a representative in Brazil of LEF (Leonardo Education Forum), MIT; a consultant for SCIELO; a paper revieewer of the Ontario Ministry of Research and Innovation, Ontario; and a member of international scientific and editorial committees such as ISEA, Refresh! Re-place, Digital Creativity, DigiArts UNESCO, and ABCiber Consulting Council. A pioneering artist and theoretician on creative technologies and the human factor, her current research deals with sensorial and perceptive expansion in wearable and affective biofeedback systems, as well as systems for immersive environments in virtual reality, augmented and mixed reality, mobile technologies and social platforms in art software. Projects with international collaborations include MIT – Camera Cultura/CNPq and with OCAD in Toronto. Results have been published in high impact communities such as IEEE, ISEA, Leonardo, SPIE, and Re Wire. She has published and organized reference books such as EDUNESP: Arte, Ciência e Tecnologia: Passado, Presente e Desafios, 2009; Arte e vida no Século XXI: Tecnologia, Ciência e Criatividade, 2003; A Arte no Século XXI: a Humanização das Tecnologias, 1997; Criação e Interatividade na Ciberarte, Experimento, 2002; and approximately 100 chapters in books and articles in journals from Harmattan, Presses UQAM, LAVAL, and other publishers in Mexico, Spain, Italy, France, the UK, China, Japan, and the US, including Leonardo and Digital Creativity. She is an artist with over 50 individual exhibits and over 130 collectives in São Paulo Biennials, Bienal de la Habana, Bienal do Mercosul, HKW, Berlin, MN Belas Artes RJ, MAM and MAC São Paulo, and in galleries and museums in France, Italy, Sweden, the US, Greece, Chine, Mexico, Peru, Argentina and Colombia. She has curated international events such as Ciberarte Zonas de Interação II Bienal do Mercosul, engaging with over 300 scientists and artists.
